What should I do if a guy I've been seeing tells me he is too busy?

The things you said above are true. Men don't want to end things, and they do exactly that: Brush you off and hope you vanish, or YOU get frustrated enough to end things so they arent the jerk. What I suggest? Forget about needing "closure". You will get closure while you "exercise your options" with other men... seriously hon, go out on dates with lots of other men. Serious, LOTS of men.... Men "exercise their options" when it comes to women ALL THE TIME...women can and should too, but they don't. It is completely natural for you to feel this way, and want a guy to end things properly. Have him face to face. Have him state 'why'. Give meaning to the time you spent together. Etc. Men will NOT do this. The sooner you learn this about men, the better off you would be. I heard on the radio once, that men would SERIOUSLY rather have their arm ripped off at their socket, than to face a girl for "that" conversation... Spare him that icky feeling and do him the favor... move on. (You'd be doing yourself the BIGGER of the favors!)
