Anyone Else Think NXT is a Failure?

Let me explain.Wade Barrett won NXT season One and got a contract but so did every other NXT Rookie.It was a waste of time if all of them get contracts it's kinda like all of them won.Season Two Winner Kaval asked for his release when WWE didn't have plans for him.Alex Riley,Michael MiGillicuty and Husky Harris stayed around even though they didn't win.Season Three Winner Kaitlyn,has been jobbing alot lately and still hasn't gotten her title shot.Season Four Winner still hasn't had a match but has done two promos.And he has a tag title shot With Truth but Truth is busy at the moment.Mainly NXT Was WWE's Failure.It doesn't make any sense and should be replaced with Tough Enough were only one person gets a contract.
