Does God know everything about us?

According to Scripture, God knows when every sparrow touches the ground and the number of hairs on your head. This leads to the question: if God sees all, why does he allow the evil that mankind does? Simple: He finds love for the wicked and suffers the just so that the wicked have time to turn from their ways before their life is over, or before this age of mercy and grace afforded to the evil-hearted is gone forever.
