Why does she act differently around me now?

A few months ago I told my closest friend in the world that I have a crush on her. I was upset on how her bf kept talking to his friends on how much he bangs her and it gets me upset. So I told her and at first she said "ohh.. I see" but she couldnt do anything about it, but she didn't freak out and she already thinks I'm hot since we met and I nice guy. Since then she acts around me differently in a way that she rarely talks about her bf anymore and she kinda got more comfortable dressing in front of me like she used to tell me to turn around or leave the room but she was putting on pants in front of me. Iv kissed her on the cheek and she smiles at me and when I asked her what she got for Christmas she said "thongs". I gave her a hug many times before but she hugs me more intimately and longer. She is also more considerate and acting more sweet than usual. We don't talk as much anymore because she's either with her bf or working. She also said that if I was to buy her a dildo she would use it on herself lol. I don't know what going on though, she's still kind to me but in a way it different like more considerate to my feelings.
