How do you calculate shared rent between roomates when one person has the much larger Master bedroom suite?

My daughter and her friend are getting a two bedroom apartment. The master bedroom suite is 70sq feet larger with private bath and huge closets. How do we calculate the rent for each based on who gets that bedroom. 50/50 hardly seems fair. I know there is a formula for this very thing, just don't know what it is.
