Should i speak to him or ignore him?

well i think out of personal experience that when guys feel insecure we boost our ego. sometimes knowingly or not by surrounding us with options. even though we know we want to stay with the one we with. maybe he sees the possible end of his current relationship. something thats happening against his will. so now he is putting back up measures in place. almost as if he wants to cushion his fall. digging up or finding new partners who he knows have or is showing interest in him is a perfect back up. my advice to u is stay clear until you are certain the current gf is out of the pic and he is more or less over her. only then if he still shows interest you can think of taking him seriously.
