How far can you go (intimately) until it's unchristian? HELP ASAP?

so my absolute best friend has a tendency to go a little too far with her boyfriend. we're both 14 years old and she doesnt seem to have a problem with it even though we're both christian. today she told me she was going to give and receive oral sex with her boyfriend (of one month). i completely disagree with her choice, but she says its not 'actual sex' so it doesnt count. I can tell she's still debating whether or not to do it (because i told her about all the health risks and STDs there are) and theyre just might be enough time to change her mind but i dont know what else to do. PLEASE HELP THIS IS URGENT!!!
